About Math Club


The University of Delaware Math Club holds weekly meetings where students can learn about interesting topics and applications of math, find research and career opportunities, and network with professors and analytical professionals! There is no obligation to attend, but membership is encouraged - members receive weekly email reminders about the meeting and speaker for the week, as well as other Math Club events, an opportunity to buy witty math t-shirts, and more!


Come join us at our weekly meeting, Fridays at 12:30pm in Ewing 336! Free pizza every week!

Our members participate in wide number of competitions and activities, including:

  • Weekly Meetings with guest speakers including:

    • Professors
    • Alumni with careers in Mathematics
    • Research and internship opportunities
  • Boys and Girls Club Tutoring
    • ​The Math Club has a partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Newark: we send volunteers to help tutor kids in math after school.  
    • We also hold an annual Pi-Day Fundraiser on 3/14 to raise money for the Boys & Girls Club.
