If you would like your gift to the University of Delaware to support the Department of Mathematical Sciences directly, you can donate using your credit card. Be certain to designate your gift for Mathematical Sciences on the credit card donation form - check "Other" under "Please indicate below how you would like your gift used:" and type "Mathematical Sciences" in the adjacent box. According to University policy, non designated gifts support the University's unrestricted initiatives. More information about making a gift to UD can be found at the Development Office Page. In all cases, in order to designate your donation to support the Department of Mathematical Sciences goals, you need to specify your donation to be in support of the Department. If you are a potential new donor to the University of Delaware, you can take advantage of the Alumni Challenge.
You may also send in checks made out to the "University of Delaware" to the Development and Alumni Relations Office at 83 E. Main Street, Newark, DE 19716. Be sure to note "Mathematical Sciences" in the note section of your check to ensure your gift is designated correctly. You may also give over the phone by calling 866-535-4504.
Unrestricted gifts to the Department are used to support our general development goals. If you wish, you can designate your donation to one of our special accounts:
- Baxter-Sloyer Honors Award
- William D. Clark Honors Award
- Faculty Senior Graduation Award
- Graduate Enrichment Account
- Hallenbeck Memorial Account
- Wenbo Li Memorial Account
If you have any questions about making your gift, please contact UD's Annual Giving team at annualgiving@udel.edu or call toll-free at 866-535-4504. View additional resources.
Many companies will match gifts of their employees. This is a great way to double or even triple your support. Check with your company's Human Resources Department or visit our online database to find out if your employer matches gifts.
Thank you for your support!
